The taste is amazing but texture was not ok which is caused by sugar I think, in my country the particles are bigger than caster sugar, I can't ignore that fact anymore haha and I need to grind my sugar before baking or buy finer sugar online. When the sugar particles are big then I can not achieve gooey texture, cake is sandy/granulated instead od being combined into paste-like consistency inside. Once I figure out sugar I NEED to try your blondie and hazelnut receipe!
Good idea! Sometimes mixing the sugar into the butter for an extra minute can help it dissolve too, but grinding it will achieve a better texture. I'm glad you still enjoyed the taste though!
