As someone who tried 3d modeling in blender for a month or so i can confidently say this would take a mind meltingly long amount of time and previous skill

Hard to say what you really mean, are you maybe not upping the poly count enough? maybe you are doing it too fast before having a nice form without too many bumps?

Now if you're interested in seeing the longer version or his tutorial videos where he goes more in depth on what you should do to sculpt certain parts of the body, you can go there instead, then again most people don't have enough attention span, so that's why this video exists
