1 tablespoon Tapioca flour 1汤匙 木薯粉
1 tablespoon Oil 1汤匙 油
Marinate Pork 腌猪肉 :
150g Minced pork 150克 肉碎
1 teaspoon Sesame oil 1茶匙 麻油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
1 teaspoon Potato flour 1茶匙 马铃薯粉
Ingredients 配料 :
1500ml Water 1500毫升 水
2 Fish bones 2片 鱼骨
30g Ikan bilis 30克 江鱼
2 slices Ginger 2片 姜
3 Dried bream 3片 鳊鱼干
Seasonings调味料 :
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Fish sauce 1汤匙 鱼露
Others 其他 :
20g Ginger, shreds 20克 姜, 切丝
2 Spring onion, diced 2条 青葱, 切粒
2 Chilli, diced 2条 辣椒, 切粒
Shallot oil 葱头油
