Smell? Homemade cadaverine. Look it up. Recipe (they use to use this to train cadaver dogs, the dogs used to find bodies after disasters) Throw a hand full of blueberries and a piece of any kind of raw meat in a zip lock bag. Add a little water, zip it closed and store it in a warm place for a weak or two. It's going to produce gas, so your going to want to open the bag then reseal it to prevent it from exploding. To use, place open bag in an out of the way place, possibly in front of a fan.

@markjroberts43 This comment had me rotfl! Energy is a hard one for many haunts- it is not an easy job- When I train my SCREAMS actors about 1/3 of the talk time is devoted to energy, how to get it, keep it, and release it in doses.
I've watched these since they have been posted and taken some notes as well. very helpful! in response to your response on peanutgnome's comment; I applied at an art and design school with haunt space in mind and I actually applied for interior design. like you said, they didn't let me. They thought I was joking. lol. Love your tangents.

@meanoldrunk idiots guide to feng shui - the title and proper spelling. it is very interesting and very deep- there is a whole section that I just skipped because it is the numerical part of feng.

this kind of reminds me of the work by an animal behaviorist by the name of temple grandin, who is an autistic woman who changed industrial livestock management, and alot of her work was to understand how animals react to different spaces and situations, and it seems like it could apply in these sorts of situations
