as per kishore ji from 2:22 to 2:40 he said total cost of making mahabharat is 9 crore +/- 2 lakh. i think in 80's spending 9 crores is just equal to 100 crores approx 10 times. hats off to the production team/ casting crew/ directors/actors/musicians/ no words for this epic ..... thank god at that time we have only DD1 and we can only watch these type of serials.

महेंद्र कपूर के अलावा कोई भी दूसरा गायक महाभारत के इस शीर्षक गीत के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं हो सकता था। वो आवाज़ जो इतनी प्रभाव वाली है कि गूंज के साथ आपके दिलों में घर कर जाती है।

I wasn't even born when this was telecasted.. but I get goosebumps listening to song, watching the epic show. It was brilliantly made in standards, ahead of its time. I thoroughly enjoy despite I have several other mahabarata version around me.

I wasn't even born when this was telecasted.. but I get goosebumps listening to song, watching the epic show. It was brilliantly made in standards, ahead of its time. I thoroughly enjoy despite I have several other mahabarata version around me.
