When you create the statements and there are 7 available as in your example. If you SEND to all at the same time, they only see their respective statement, correct?
On each invoice there is 2 message boxes. The first one is "message on invoice" and the second one is "message on statement". You would need to make sure you enter your notes in the "message on statement" so it will populate the description on the statement.

How do you add a memo/description, that's on the invoice, on a statement? My business focuses on a name on the invoice and not an invoice number.
