@fan_videos3107 it’s actually really not. I suffered from an ED for 11 years. This is concerning. I’m not being rude. I’m worried for her. These days you can’t show concern for someone without being called rude and it’s ridiculous.
@fan_videos3107no she’s very likely right, the lady doing the asmr has swollen eyes and in videos you can see her knuckles are bruised, both signs of bulimia. she is also almost always eating ice cream in her mukbangs, which makes it more soothing/easier when the food comes up.

How is your calorie split over the week? How do you manage to keep off weight gain? Even though I don’t eat so much sugar still cannot loose weight , with exercising 7 days a week. What a struggle city
Every person has a different type of metabolism,if it helps i think you should go to a professional that can give you a well balanced diet such as an nutritionist. Dont worry, food is not your enemy and everything can work out in the end :)
Stop eating everything is not going to help you lose weight, it is going to make u crave it even more and youre not going to be able to resist the cravings, try to eat as healthy as its possible but do some modifications, like instead of eating a whole chocolate bar try eating just 1 or 2 little pieces, step by step you will be able to adjust your diet more.
maybe calorie count + meal plan for a week or a month? then just try to eyeball your portions based on maintenance or wl. u will lose weight as long as u eat below your tdee, unless u have some sort illness or something
