I have never left a comment on a UA-cam video, but I am being lead to leave one today. My best friend died 2 months ago unexpectedly on July 5th. One of the strongest women I know, and did EVERYTHING to the glory of God. Her and I were each other’s support system. We worked together in ministry and we constantly fellowship together. Being that we were both single Christians, we often shared how lonely we were, but would then encourage each other and direct our thoughts on God’s word. It was very shocking when I discovered her caused of death was cardiovascular disease, when she was the most healthiest person I knew. But it shocked me even more when Pastor Holly mentioned that it has been linked to loneliness. I often feel alone, and it has been a100 times worst since my prayer partner is gone.... my prayer today is for God to surround me with a God ordained Support System! And I know God does not make mistakes and I believe that He will send the sisters I need. Praying 🙏🏽

The same thing happened to me; I lost my best friend also and I feel very lonely; I have been praying God for new friends. I just had total Hysterectomy because of Fibroids and I am confined to stay at home for at least two months, and it has only been three weeks since the surgery. It is very lonely; please help me pray!

My husband and I have been going through a rough season in our lives.. really rough.. he has an illness that he is fighting daily and I'm heartbroken watching the struggle.. it's just hard.. Hearing this message I just did that half laugh half cry thing, it made me remember something my husband said to me, probably one of the sweetest things he could have ever said,.. he told me that for the longest time he couldn't hear God speaking to him.. that he thought he must be praying wrong because others at church would say God said this or that.. but he doesnt hear God like they do..but he realized that he does hear God speaking to him.. that he believes that the Lord speaks to him through me.. at that moment my heart was so warm.. I mean how beautiful is that? And I know that God speaks to me through him for sure.. my husband is the one that encouraged me to go to church in the first place, and the changes that have happened since I let God take over.. I know the Lord used my husband to pull me into the light.. down the right path.. so anyway.. it's just so awesome to hear you say that God speaks through the ones close to us when you're around the right people.. I'm really glad to know we arent crazy lol.. it's a beautiful feeling to have people who are so right for you, hand picked by God.. husband, friend whoever it is..... I'm in Africa and my heart goes out to you and your husband. Have you tried taking the Holy communion everyday till that healing takes place? It's powerful I tell you. Read Isaiah 53 ( Msg) and picture that sickness on Jesus on the cross and receive His perfect health. I've experienced dramatic healing through the Holy communion.

Love this topic! I would love to listen to more sermons discussions about friendships. I think friendships are one of the most disregarded and uncared for subjects. Friendship is the foundation of relationship. You can't be relationally, physically (ie. healthy contact) or emotionally (ie. being vulnerable) intimate with someone without first establishing friendship.
I recently moved and I'm getting involved in a church. God has put a few women in my life who are older but no one my age. I needed this because I need a better support system. I came out if a bad situation living with an addict several months ago and he passed away due to an overdose a month ago. I'm struggling to find peace and not have blame. I've had a lot of support from family and friends but no one seems to actually understand what it's like to loose that person

THANKYOU for blessing me with this! Last night I called onto god with passion because I am so lonely and unhappy. I have no good, deep friendship bonds or people who I trust who can support me in my life. A young girl of my age shouldn’t go through life alone. I’ve been lonely for sometime now and when I was younger, I thought the answer to this loneliness was a MAN so I longed for a relationship so bad! One day god will bless me with a good man, but that’s not what I need, I need good group of friends. I need to be able to open up my heart to people. I was dealing with loneliness, sadness, heartbroken, depression, anxiety, and allergies when I found this sermon. I was self talking to myself as to why I was alone, wanting to get back in touch with someone that broke my heart but after hearing this message. I need a support system bad. Going through a major storm. This helped me out a little amen for this video. I am alone and have turned to god alot lately but now it's getting hard
What makes it worse is I have no family to turn to my wife just walked of my life and had to leave my job. So I really depend on myself. I lean to god but I can't hear him speak back. I feel his love I know he's there. It's just so hard to make it every day.
@@ahnc4209 trust and know that you are never alone, for God is always there! He makes provisions in every circumstance and situation! You have to remember to release control, and what you are going through will be a testimony for someone else whose dealing with the same situation and God has you in a place to show them "look I kept my eyes to the hills and God kept me through it." God is very subtle in how he answers or shows up. So truly think how has he really responded and you have to always keep in mind his ways are not our ways and his thoughts are not our thoughts. So it'll never be in a way or how you expected it to be! If I may I would like to recommend Pastor Michael Todd as well he's doing a serious right now planted now buried. I think this may speak to your Spirit as well. I love you and God does too! Please check more into the egroups online.

I need friends, moving forward in my faith friendships I thought were real just faded. Now with a son and with covid I’ve realized how lonely it can be.
watching this really touched my spirit. I long for good whole friends that I am able to share my life with and support them in theirs as well. I just continue to seek God and I walk out on faith at events and in the grocery store and try to connect with people but seems that everyone i have encountered either already has a group of friends supporting them and not interested in another or are not interested in being a good friend.

Try finding fellowship with peers around your interests (church, social clubs/associations)

And I know that God speaks to me through him for sure.. my husband is the one that encouraged me to go to church in the first place, and the changes that have happened since I let God take over.. I know the Lord used my husband to pull me into the light.. down the right path.. so anyway.. it's just so awesome to hear you say that God speaks through the ones close to us when you're around the right people.. I'm in Africa and my heart goes out to you and your husband. Have you tried taking the Holy communion everyday till that healing takes place? It's powerful I tell you. Read Isaiah 53 ( Msg) and picture that sickness on Jesus on the cross and receive His perfect health. I've experienced dramatic healing through the Holy communion.

2 years ago my granddaughter was taken away from me all of a sudden. I was a hot mess! But, had it not been for my awesome Support System, my Bible Study family, I would've been lost, depressed! Their love and faith carried me! This past June, I was reunited with my son and granddaughter! God is Good! Giving Him all honor and praise! Holly's message served as confirmation! ❤❤❤🙏

Enjoyed this message, have to listen to it again though to truly digest it. I have always had a problem with friends, I feel like I never have people who will be there for me through think and thin. I mostly blame myself for it so sometimes, rarely I get really lonely. I get comforted knowing God is my friend though and that makes me push to talk to God more. Love this topic! I would love to listen to more sermons discussions about friendships. I think friendships are one of the most disregarded and uncared for subjects. Friendship is the foundation of relationship. You can't be relationally, physically (ie. healthy contact) or emotionally (ie. being vulnerable) intimate with someone without first establishing friendship.
This made me cry. I always fight alone - just me and God. Don’t trust people. Will talk to God about it.

I recently moved and I'm getting involved in a church. God has put a few women in my life who are older but no one my age. I needed this because I need a better support system. I came out if a bad situation living with an addict several months ago and he passed away due to an overdose a month ago. I'm struggling to find peace and not have blame. I've had a lot of support from family and friends but no one seems to actually understand what it's like to loose that person

THANKYOU for blessing me with this! Last night I called onto god with passion because I am so lonely and unhappy. I have no good, deep friendship bonds or people who I trust who can support me in my life. A young girl of my age shouldn’t go through life alone. I’ve been lonely for sometime now and when I was younger, I thought the answer to this loneliness was a MAN so I longed for a relationship so bad! One day god will bless me with a good man, but that’s not what I need, I need good group of friends. I need to be able to open up my heart to people. I need to support and be the support to someone else. With covid-19 going around, church is cancelled so I decided to look for a sermon on friendship, because that is what I truly need to hear about. I was self talking to myself as to why I was alone, wanting to get back in touch with someone that broke my heart but after hearing this message. For so long I've felt like i knew something was missing and even though i knew what it was, i kept trying to convince myself that i could be my own support system or i used to say that my husband was my best friend, which wasn't a bad thing.... What makes it worse is I have no family to turn to my wife just walked of my life and had to leave my job. So I really depend on myself. I lean to god but I can't hear him speak back. I feel his love I know he's there. It's just so hard to make it every day.
@@ahnc4209 trust and know that you are never alone, for God is always there! He makes provisions in every circumstance and situation! You have to remember to release control, and what you are going through will be a testimony for someone else whose dealing with the same situation and God has you in a place to show them "look I kept my eyes to the hills and God kept me through it." God is very subtle in how he answers or shows up. So truly think how has he really responded and you have to always keep in mind his ways are not our ways and his thoughts are not our thoughts. So it'll never be in a way or how you expected it to be! If I may I would like to recommend Pastor Michael Todd as well he's doing a serious right now planted now buried. I think this may speak to your Spirit as well. I love you and God does too! Please check more into the egroups online.

watching this really touched my spirit. I long for good whole friends that I am able to share my life with and support them in theirs as well. I just continue to seek God and I walk out on faith at events and in the grocery store and try to connect with people but seems that everyone i have encountered either already has a group of friends supporting them and not interested in another or are not interested in being a good friend.
