Going to Tokyo with Joey (2023) | Angie Mead King

We missed Japan so much that as soon as they opened there borders we booked a trip down that coincided with the RWB new year party along with the Tokyo Auto Salon and ending it with a 2 week snowboard trip! In the first 2 days Joey and I settled in the Hyatt Ginza hotel district and it was such a nice area to be in. Its also a struggle to eat now a days as I am vegan but for this trip I had to go pescatarian as there were a lot of restos that dont do vegan menus. Vegetarians actually had more choices for food. Most of the big cities had some choices but at the end of the day cooking for yourself is always the best option for me.
