Everything looks great! Still waiting for my pledge to come in. All I've gotten is the playmat that arrived about a week ago. Still have plenty of Season 1 and 2 stuff to keep me busy though 😁
From experience, some of those boxes definitely turn it less basic. Really adds challenge. But I know for some it will never reach the level they prefer
You are right. But this game is super easy to compress. I have season 1 core and stretch goals, season 2 core and stretch goals and a variety of expansions. Every thing is organized into 2 stretch goal boxes and a card organizer.
@@jcapo5Yep, I have all of season one and two in three Kallax cubes and I believe there is enough room for all of season three to fit into those three cubes as well, once it arrives.
Mine arrived a week ago. Was a hell of a ride to unpack, sort, sleeve and store something around 2.000 cards and find a solution for the minis. My 2 selfmade display shelves are now packed to the brink and I defenitely need to paint them in order to NOT see just blue when I look into the hero display. The villain / anti-hero shelf is luckily broken up by a good mix of red and purple. Played the Apocalypse campaign, fought against Galactus, one of his heralds, the wrecking crew and the dark avengers until now and I'm really enjoying the new content. Did I need it? No. Did I want it? Absolutely! Do I enjoy it? Hell fucking yeah! Just hoping for Dominique Ferland to finally release the expansion for the crossover campaign or for someone to finally release an app that's up to date and helps to manage games a bit better. XD
I'm glad to see people finally getting their copies on the East Coast. I'm still waiting in mine. I'm staying positive because I realized I have enough of the United system to last me a lifetime already... and still went all in on DC united like a crazy person. I am curious to see the storage solution you came up with. I've started to consider some form of filing system considering the sheer volume.
Just got into the game, would have loved to get hold of that stretch goals box, just as a Marvel fan that loves the minis. Got the retail sets and those are good fun. Hope there's gonna be a S4, still plenty of characters to cover.
❤ I love your son's enthusiasm! And I agree that the rainbow knife is the best- I have a similar one. I'm just dipping my toe into this Marvel United insanity. I have the original base game. Do you recommend gradually moving up through the editions to acclimate to the changes in gameplay? Or just jumping into whichever ones I'm most interested in based on characters? I'm a big X-men fan and am also interested in the DC characters.
Just jump in. Some is more complicated than others but nothing that should give you any real trouble learning. And the United subreddit and Discord are both active enough that you can ask about any rule clarification. Probably BGG as well.
Pandemic is just out right better. I can not beilive everyone bought into this so hard. Would love a team vs team or 1 vs many mode which so far everyone I've talked to have said tge exsisting versions of such are not worth the time for competive mode.
For me, and I am assuming for many others. Pandemic is not just out right better. I prefer marvel united. I honestly prefer many co-op games over pandemic. People bought into this because it is a simple system with a ton of variety and a familiar theme. The one vs many mode is neat and the two different forms of pvp are both enjoyable.
The plug and play of the various enemies in the game feels very dynamic and different between every game. Pandemic is a great game, but it feels the same after so many plays. All you need to know about how fun this game is compared to Pandemic is look at Zee Garcia of the Dicetower. He is the biggest champion of Pandemic and often had a version of the game from the Pandemic series as his number one game of all time. His most recent number one game of all time is Marvel United.
@@DimeNDice4 iv played both. I just don't get it. We have all the expansions for pandemic. Even th3 1vs many mode. Marvel united works well as a kids game but even my oldest preferred the mechanics of pandemic. Your just moving in circles is what my kid said about marvel united.

Holy crap Alex, he got so much bigger/older!! Time is just flying by......
Lol yep :)
Iron lad is a younger Kang version which tries not to do the thign that Kang wants to do.
All those boxes are such a turn off to me. Especially for such a basic game.

I just finished sleeving my stuff. Hours and hours of time lol.
Everything looks brilliant! Hope all is well!
Sooooooo many obscure characters.
It looks great Like others I am still waiting too
I freaking KNEW there was a Rad kid behind all of those boxes!!!!
Lol there had to be
Can you make a video showing how you store everything?
Once I figure it out, absolutely!
