And I'm gonna make this cheesecake for that recipe. 😋 And Bill is not only a talented musician, but also a brilliant cook. 😍😍😍 We are waiting for a book with recipes from the Kaulitz brothers. 😁 And yes, in Russian we call Der Grieß манная крупа [m'ænnya krupa] or just манка [m'ænka] (Transcription is not accurate 😔, but I hope it became a little clear. 😁)

Grieß is called “Farina” or “creamy wheat” in the states. The company Red Mill sells it. I always got it at Whole Foods. Hope that helps!

😅😆 5:45 au lieu de taper les bords du tamis au sucre glacé, pas aussi en vibrant le tout comme a dit Tom, Chef Bill fait bouger le sucre glacé granulé par une cuillère.
