BEHIND THE SCENES - BCFabs Porsche 918 SPYDER - Inconel Exhaust Fabrication

Take a look behind the scenes of the BCFabs team taking their fabrication and TIG welding skills across to the Hyper car industry creating a truly unique and bespoke Inconel exhaust for the iconic Porsche 918 SPYDER.
Working closely to the customers requirements, this system uses 200 cell Race cats which comply with emissions for the road and exhaust valves to create 2 levels of sound when required.
Constructed entirely from Inconel 625, the superior material for exhaust systems, the BCFabs team of highly skilled fabricators use a variety of forming, tube bending, fabrication and TIG welding techniques to create this masterpiece which started its life as flat sheet.
Finishing the exhaust off with Formula 1 grade Heat-shielding to help control the high temperatures transferred from the engine and exhaust ensuring protection to surrounding areas and maintains as much energy as possible within the walls of the exhaust system to further amplify the sound.
Race mode & Valves open sounds absolutely incredible where you can hear the 4.5l V8 scream and thunder unlocking the true F1 sound this car has.
