@@NinStardust Actually no. In the book Harry told Ron that he didn’t think there was a problem with Hermione going to ball with Krum. But Ron just ignored him and kept arguing with Hermione. Also Hermione didn’t yell at Harry for no reason in the book.

Hermione felt truly happy walking down those steps only to end up halfway up in tears because her first choice had no courage to ask her out in the first place.

In fact, Ron is a better person in the books. As a reader, I can totally understand his reaction of seeing Harry as a warrior and why he’s jealous.
As a Ron’s fans, I really don’t like the adaptation in the movies for Ron.
His personality is so much better in the novels, being such a brave, loyal and humorous friend. I believe everyone would hope being friends with him after reading the books.
And the most important thing is,
there’s no problem with the actor, Rupert is perfect for Ron❤️

i agree! ron is such a fun character in the books; he is loyal, sarcastic, and often times very brave. it isn’t rupert’s fault the movies changed his character. :))
But if you look at it this way it is very realistic. For there are always arguments and "break-up" moments even in the best of friendships.

This is my favorite scene in the whole Harry Potter series. Hermione is gorgeous here. Her emotions, her words are amazing, so strong and true... I have no words. She is so beautiful and genuine.
