I've been waiting for this one!
    Absolutely STUNNING …
I can only dream of coming to S Korea to attend your classes.

    • @EverlastingEclipses
      @EverlastingEclipses 2 роки тому +2

You can always start one on your own. All you gotta know is where to source the ingredients! Honestly, yes the price range of these mosses and ferns and stones and etc are generally more affordable in south korean markets but having lived in states myself, ive seen how expensive they could get . But if you are somewhere where its affordable . i suggest you start right away.
cuz im also inspired by Biotope Gallery and am currently making my very own terrarium right now.

    • @SpecialSP

      @@EverlastingEclipses They certainly ARE inspirational!
For now, I'm not in a living situation where I can "indulge" myself with simple joys like terrariums. I have glassware in storage to use when I get my own place, but making something like this requires money for lighting, plumbing & a pump. So … in the meantime, I can only dream!
Did you see the video from MossriumMan doing the hardscape for this? That is why I was so happy to see the Biotope landscape video.
      ua-cam.com/video/Zdaj8vsy2O4/v-deo.html
ps As for attending classes: I would love to be able to travel, but even more important … I would love to see these gifted Artists in their own element!

@@SpecialSP lets start small, try exploring forests near you and lets try and harvest your local mosses and ferns! see where it leads from there. after all this is all about nature!
and then mix 1:9 citric acid powder to water (buy citric acid for like 2.99$ or so in local store i believe)
and put those mosses and ferns you found soak em up for like 30minutes and then wash em off again with water.
then put them on the care box like how biotope explains it!

@@EverlastingEclipses I've been trying to write this for 2 days! One time, my computer crashed, another, a new video loaded and when I came back here, my comment no longer existed!
Anyway, thank you for the Citric Acid tip. I can always use new information.
I hope to head out into the woods, soon. The only problem with this is the fact that it hasn't stopped raining for more than a week! That is just business as usual for fall & winter in the Pacific NW.
I want to gather driftwood along the river, too. At least I'll have supplies when I get a new home.
