This song rings true to me I have been battling cancer ten years now it's moved into my brain advanced stage 4 brain cancer they say after six brain sergries chemotherapy and radiation and stem cell transplant there is nothing more they can do but I Am Brave ..And will fight 💗💗💗💜💜

Courage... is much more than just being there for a fight. it's standing up in the face of danger, laughing to the face of death and accepting that you can do anything. it's about fighting wrong, and doing what you KNOW is right.
That's not everything though. True courage is fighting when you don't have anything left to fight for. When lesser men and women have broken. When despair seems like the only answer. When you have no answer at all. Beyond any and all reason. You stand because you choose to stand. Anyone can decide to be courageous for something they believe in but only a few can be courageous for it's own sake.

I am speaking of heroic spirit. Any true hero has this. Surpassing our limits is what people dream about. That's why we put those who can on a pedestal.
That said though... courage without wisdom is foolishness and strength without intelligence is dangerous. We all walk a thin line where our decisions can be judged most noble or most stupid. There isn't a single positive trait that can't be twisted into a negative one in certain circumstances. Honesty to bluntness, courage to recklessness, honor to stubbornness, etc.

This is me when I approach a spiked portal into Oblivion; to watch the sky turn eerily red, reflecting upon the ground and around, coupled with a grumbling storm with no rain. That was a feeling to remember well and when I knew a formidable enemy awaited.
Then came forth many a scamp, of which I was not an adoring fan. :P :)

My Dad fought for 8 years, so my sons (13 and 10 ) would know Grandpa. He fought until he couldnt. I was with him until the end, he left us on November 13, 2022. In his home, I was at his side as was my Mother. He didnt want to leave, but he faced his end without fear and kept his dignity and humor until the end.
Whoever and wherever you are, fight whatever it is you're fighting as long as you can.

I have lost all that i loved and i hope that i will find love again and be the happy person i was born to be. I have never left God and i pray that he never leaves me.
