If you're watching this show and don't like it because it's just another isekai OP protagonist show, I feel like you're missing the point. This show is super fun once you realise it is THAT over the top (on purpose) to where the enjoyment is just seeing how far they push it and how ridiculous it can get
i watch the show mainly for its comedy and great fight scenes like Shadow vs olivier and shadow beatrix iris. it's more than sufficient for me, especially since I also enjoy watching MASHLE MAGIC AND MUSCLES. the only aspects I do not like about this show are the constant 2D t*ttie$ and a$$ being revealed on my screen 24/7 like most modern animes nowadays... story is geniune horse sh*t like you said but besides that the show is pretty good
@@broek6075 you right the show doesn't depict about an escapist boy who commited *i don't feel so good* in order to become a japanese manipulating terorist and dedicated NPC roleplayer with broken abilities.

The main vilain in 2 Arcs is called Perv Asshat and the mc sewer slided himself because he couldn't be stronger than a nuclear bomb, for crying out loud. You aren't meant to take it seriously, it's a parody in it's purest form. Anyways maybe like watch gigguks vid on it he makes a far better point depicting why the show is good. But hey if you genuinely don't like it that's fine, I'm just saying that people with less knowledge and understanding of the genre might write it off like the creator of this video did simply because they watch it through the same lens as your generic Isekai, which it obviously isn't

I just watched it recently myself , to me it feels like you just watched two episodes and dipped withought understanding the point of the anime.
