Thank you for the heads up on the editing mistake. You are right. On the right hand side, the text should end "... for every 1 pound of geopolymer cement."
I understand concrete is made with cement, but most things are made with concrete, not cement. There is no "house made of Portland Cement," right? Are you taking about concrete made with geopolymer?
Thanks for your question! While the two are sometimes used interchangeably, the difference between cement and concrete is sand and rock, otherwise known as aggregate. Technically, cement is the binder. It is like the glue that hardens to hold aggregate together, and this cement can be either a Portland or geopolymer binder. Concrete is the end product, the hardened binder and aggregate (often reinforced with rebar). So, you could say that houses are made of cement or concrete. Both are correct. The former just leaves out other materials.

Really it is a significant contributions towards sustainable and affordable housing .
At the 2 minute mark you have both sides of the screen called "portland cement" when you are doing the CO2 comparison. One side should say geopolymers

Imagine a house made of brown sugar. Got it? Now imagine a house made of gingerbread. I'll wager you imagined two different things.
There are too many misleading statements in this video to take it seriously..
