Here’s the steps to prep skin before makeup: lip scrub “leave it for little bit”, apply face and eye mask for 10 mins, remove mask and lip scrub , apply lip balm, apply essence by pressing it into the skin, eye serum, face serum, face moisturizer with spf, use face roller or fingers to massage face specially the chin area to release any tension and Gua sha for the neck and jaws.

May I ask a personal (perhaps more ppl can relate) some tips for chronically dry lips?
In my situation, I might unconsciously breathe using mouth which the physicians say might cause so much dryness. Have tried many different pharmaceutical and high end make up brands to exfoliate but none as been effective.
Might sound weird, but the best though short term solution has been putting Neutrogena high concentrate hand cream in the lips and once it operates the dead skin easily falls out leaving the new smooth skin shown.
Nonetheless, it takes some time and is not a routine or efficient way. Do you have any miracle tips for such condition?
