I'm sure that it was mentioned on your Egotistic Reaction Video in the comments section, but moments before doing it in the MV, she had had only a single 1 hour session to learn the basics. The actual reason why she learned it was because she & the others were in a car accident & while there weren't any serious injuries, her back did get injured & her doctor had suggested (among other stuff) that learning how to pole dance would help her strengthen her back & would help her back as well. Unfortunately, her back does spasm from time to time, but usually after either doing something intense or tripping/falling.
For example, while in another country (i forget which) her back did go out after rehearsing, then more recently [late last year/early this year] while performing on the show Queendom she would trip & while she did finish the performance after the fact, she was told to rest & would end up not being able to be in the next episode [Dance Unit & Vocal Unit] so Hwa Sa & Byul would step in to be the group's representatives [Whee In was still recovering from her own health issues & promoting her Soar album.]
Then at the SBS Gayo Daejun 2019 (same event in which Wendy unfortunately got injured, she's doing fine but it's still a long way away before she'll be cleared), as Mamamoo was leaving the Photowall (part of their red carpet) she would trip because the steps down weren't the best & MooMoo's were worried that it would cause her back issues to spasm/inflame. While it didn't stop her from doing her Collab Performance, Wendy's accident would cause the Collab Stage to be changed unfortunately.
I do hope that, when Wendy gets cleared to be able to at least sing sitting down, that Eunha (GFriend), Seunghee (Oh My Girl), & Solar (Mamamoo) as well as their respective Companies are able to orchestrate with Red Velvet's Company, a special Collaboration Stage at someplace where all 4 would be able to perform the Stage that they were originally supposed to perform at the SBS Gayo Daejun. That way the Fandoms of all 4 groups will be able to truly see & experience the Collaborative Stage as it was originally supposed to be.

Hey Guys ! Thanks for all the love you guys have shown us for part 1! We are so eager to film part 2! Unfortunately due to the current virus going on right now we are all under quarantine which prevents us from filming anything new! Once everything comes to an end, we will be filming part 2 and so much more NEW content !!
UPDATE: We attempted to do the second part via webcams ANDDDD the video didn't even save......so we have to wait to re-record. I know you all are very eager to watch and we are just as eager to get it out to you. Again we are sorry for the delays and are working to get back up and running.

I would suggest that, for the next part, since it's short on the Whee In section [compared to the section of the others] that you might want to check out &/or add (if you haven't filmed the next part yet) "[MAMAMOO] THIS IS WHEEIN" by Winter Nyth because while yes, it's a year old, it would still have information in it that Purple Hawke's guide didn't have. Also perhaps also watching/reacting to "Introduction Guide to Mamamoo" created by 'Sondery'.
Also, 'What Girl' also uploaded a updated "The Ultimate Guide to Mamamoo" on their channel a couple days ago, so you ladies might want to also give that a look.
