Kiln & Bale: Ground to Glass VI

Hops are dried and baled to be used throughout the year by breweries like us. We're lucky to call hop field #41 our home, and we want to share the view of the growing season that evolves outside of our doors. The Ground to Glass series follows work in Loftus Ranches' Yakima Valley hop fields from thaw through harvest, all the way to your glass. The hard work of these folks makes the hop harvest of the Yakima Valley possible.
