    Great advice. The more I watch your videos, the more I see that our approach to training is the same...and I'll be 64 in February.
    Hope you're all healed from your leg injury. (I think it was a leg/knee/ankle injury?)

      Patella rupture. It’s getting there, able to do a lot more. Yes, slow and controlled movements are key for long term training and joint health.

    As someone who tore my distal bicep tendon during a heavy preacher curl , this is excellent advice .
    The recovery process after the operation is very slow and a long journey .
