Great advice. The more I watch your videos, the more I see that our approach to training is the same...and I'll be 64 in February. Hope you're all healed from your leg injury. (I think it was a leg/knee/ankle injury?)
As someone who tore my distal bicep tendon during a heavy preacher curl , this is excellent advice . The recovery process after the operation is very slow and a long journey .

Patella rupture. It’s getting there, able to do a lot more. Yes, slow and controlled movements are key for long term training and joint health.

I’ve seen people tear their bicep doing this movement!
Most likely going too heavy and stretching all the way down too fast.
