Худеешь не от изнурительных тренировок, а от дефицита калорий! Если употреблять столько еды и в таком количестве то не похудеешь. Нормально сбрасывать вес с тренировками 3-4 кг в месяц, но ни как 1кг. Тем более, вы набираете вес от постоянного бума калорий, в виде мукбангов. Также нужны кардио тренировки, а не силовые. Это бег, быстрая ходьба, велосипед. Вы просто наращиваете массу на подкожный жир, а не худеете.
Соблюдайте баланс. 1 час кардио-тренировок, 1 час силовых. Если вы занимаетесь минут 15-30 в зале, то это вам не поможет сбросить вес
Также стоит сходить к диетологу, возможно у вас растройство пищевого поведения(РПП). Вы просто не можете остановится кушать в таких количествах

38살에 163에 89키로에서 다이어트 시작해서 지금49살인데 몸무게는 안재고 옷사이즈 99사이즈에서 44사이즈로 줄어들고 유지하고 있습니다. 꾸준히 유지하는게 다이어트에 최고난이도인듯해요. 길게 보시고 건강하게 다이어트 하세요.
다이어트 하다보면 굶고 단기간 빡씨게 건강해쳐가며 하는거 아닌 이상 몸무게가 정체기도 있을수 있는데 그건 몸이 그 루틴에 적응해서 그런거니 그땐 운동량을 좀더 늘려버리면 정체기 탈출하게 되더라고요.
