Thanks Josh, great to see the milking in full swing and brings back many memories. Don't think I could manage the early mornings any more, but there were a few occasions, I have come straight from a night out on the town/dancing and straight into the milking. Those were always a bit of a blur and I was about 48 years younger too😂.
One farm I worked on milked a similar number but did so 3 times a day. My favourite time was the night milking, the cows came in so quietly and it was usually super speedy. We used to start around 9pm and would normally be done by 11pm. Happy times.
Have to say I miss your old workplace too but it's probably just because I'm a beef and sheep farmer but the folks you work for now are brilliant 🙂@@JMFarming
Hi Josh, can I ask how's things going at back my place with the guy you were sharing with,do you still see him and did they take anyone else on to share there farm.take care and keep the videos coming, cheers Vin
You can indeed! We saw Phil last Thursday, along with the north Wyke crew! Phil sold a few cows so has a few less to look after now to make it a bit less time consuming. Thanks!
If you were wondering who drove past on Monday and beeped at you while you were sat behind your truck it was me and my son my son was so excited to see you he wanted me to stop
Going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark just get the day light when working. That's winter. Got some cows to milk to feed the nation. Thanks again

Haha I have only ever done that once, back when I was 19! I felt fine milking but as soon as I sat down I was out for the count!

Yep that’s what the mornings are like at the moment! Lovely, quiet, calm cows! The flys were getting bad so we fly sprayed them last week!
Everything looks really neat and tidy there Josh 🤩
Gotta keep it clean! 😊
Love those sort of milkings ,cool mornings no flies,
Was an afternoon, but we had sly sprayed the cows end of last week as they were terrible
Always worth waiting for josh. You are a legend
Thanks Paddy!
