I'm pretty sure they use treble clef but sound lower than written. A Bass Trumpet in C will sound an octave lower, Eb a major Sixth, and Bb and Major Ninth

i mean valve trombones and bass trumpet have the same amount of tubing and speak in the same key. bass trumpet is a pretty useless instrument but people still feel it has musical value even though baritones/ trombones fill that voice. edit: my bad this bass trumpet shown is in they key of C not Bb but still the same tenor part :p
@@french7515 a bass trumpet has a different bore (narrower ) a smaller bell and has a different sound and also is held diffferently and is less cumbersome than a valve trombone ...baritones are more conical so no instrument sounds like a real bass trumpet ...I play valve trombone bass trumpet and tenor horn(baritone ) and they do not sound like a bass trumpet maybe they sound similar like a trumpet sounds almost like a cornet ,

Ebay! There's planty from Cerveny or Amati. However that one seems different, it's likely a more expensive brand. Four-valve ones seem a bit rare.
