I am trying to sort out something: If in a relationship my partner yells at me or takes out frustrations and tensions from work onto me, is it best to stay quiet while going within myself to give him empathy? Is it okay to tell your partner you feel hurt - as long as the delivery comes with love and empathy? I’m not so evolved that if I keep silent, over time I will feel there is a wall of unsaid hurts. I want to avoid resentment so I have chosen to speak. But in my case, speaking evoked more frustration and anger. I want to honor the love between us, yet I admit, to stay silent, even when I meditate on it and come to my own place of peace, I still feel a need to speak to what I want and don’t want in order to not build resentment. I would love others’ perspective on this, if you are willing to take the time to share your thoughts.

om shanti I lost my mother on 7th July same day I took flight next day when I was landing in MUmbai it was raining very heavy i remembered once during Doctors conference at Mount abu you had shared your experience that you had sent the vibrations and it didnt rain I also did same I prayed that my moms funeral is today pls slow down i am requesting you and with these thoughts my flight landed and trust me when my mothers body came from morgue and until she was taken for funeral it was just drizzling no heavy rains god is great again when her Ashes was to be immersed at shivaji park on sunday with faith i and my sister did yog and sunday it was bringht and sunny no rains her all ceremony went well thanku shivani didi
