Who has the power to remove someone from the NM sex offender registry, I mean this is not hard to understand. There is many levels of corruption in NM.
800 + "massage" parlors on every street in Albuquerque. Seriously. Drive down any street or any small business strip. What do you see. "Massage". Somebody high up is getting a kick back. The Albuquerque City Department responsible for issuing business license's has NOT noticed that over the past few years they have issued 800 businesses license to massage parlors? No one's noticed that in the city government? In a city of less than a million. "Top , NM include aerospace and defense, energy technology including solar energy, and semicondcutor and computer chip manufacturing. " Shall we slip in prostitution, sex trafficking, massage parlor?
I just want to add, it is NOT just prostitutes being manipulated into human trafficking. It happens to women who are NOT looking for money, or a relationship, or sexual interactions, but get caught into complex webs of lies that brings them into these situations without their knowledge (i.e. being roofied and used while unconscious). There are far more ways these men are scheming without involving prostitution. The girl does not even know, let alone get paid. Please don’t speak solely about prostitution, this is absolutely not always the case!!!!! That turns people away from actually LISTENING to the facts and realizing it is a very real problem. It comes with a sense of victim blaming.
I saw two young hot girls with Bill Richardson at a club called imbibe. It was weird to me to see him just be like that out in public, when he was always so presidential to people around the country on TV.
