I've been banging out tons of Perturbator's 'New Model' album. Not many pieces get the shredded, metallic and dark vibe quite so right.

at first wasn't too impressed with the overuse of all the arpeggiator based melodies, but I must say it kinda grew on me. really like the way you add unusual beats to make the straight arpeggiator tunes more dynamic. do more of that

i always wondered if i was capable of making a full project completely from scratch with no outside help, kinda hence the name: it was testing my own musical capabilities, experimenting with the album's structure and sound itself, and seeing if i could finish a concept through to the end its also just nice having full control and the ability to make whatever i want
