Nails packaging line (by Imanpack)

(ENGLISH) -- Packaging line for magnetized nails. This line consists of counter/scale, magnetizer and box line with case erector and taping machine. A vibrating hopper stores the nails and feeds the weigher by means of a magnetized belt. The weigher MCWS0 doses the product to fill boxes coming on the carrying belt. Boxes are opened and sealed with adhesive tape on the bottom by the case erector and filled while nails are magnetized by two magnetizer, one for each side of the outlet. After being filled, boxes are shaked to asses the product and sealed on the top by the taping machine.

(ITALIANO) -- Linea di confezionamento per chiodi magnetizzati. Si compone di pesatrice/contapezzi, magnetizzatore e linea per scatole con apritore di cartoni e nastratrice. I chiodi sono raccolti in una tramoggia vibrante che tramite un nastro elevatore magnetico rifornisce la pesatrice MCWS0. Questa dosa il prodotto per riempire le scatole in arrivo dal nastro. Le scatole, aperte dall'apritore di cartoni e sigillate con nastro adesivo sul fondo, sono riempite mentre i chiodi sono magnetizzati tramite i due magnetizzatori a lato della bocchetta di scarico. Il contenuto delle scatole viene assestato quando queste passano sopra lo scuotitore e infine vengono chiuse sul lato superiore tramite nastratrice automatica.
