That's the only way I have found to get the RPD so far, definitely worth it for guns you can't get at vendors at the moment. "Disabled" guns can drop off of guys that will repair on that first extraction it just seems rarer than the "Destroyed" drops
i tried it, and destoryed turned into disabled while in second raid. I'm thinking this is description error. anyways, thanks for the info. I doubted it so much cuz thats just so random
@@VeryBadSCAV sometimes it can still count as "disabled" even if you take it out on a raid to enable it. If that happens, just drag the gun into your inventory and it'll update the number of guns you have.
Protip with the gun runner slots on your backpack. BROKEN GUNS ARE NOT JUST FOR SELLING!!!!! YOU CAN FIX AND USE THEM!!!! after you extract with destroyed guns, put those same guns BACK IN your gun runner slots on your backpack. do another raid with them in your backpack and when you extract again with them and move them to your stash they will be repaired and you can use them.
Just a good tip for all of ya scavs Z is a ping button for coop but if u aim on a enemy and press z it will tell you his name thus u can figure out what faction or what unit ur faceing for a quest. If you dont have silencer you can win a melee fight with cyborgs but honestly as soon as possible get a silenced weapon against the cyborgs.

They also have actual locations in your innards that you can go to where it tells you how much water you need to unlock them. For example the rig vendor (requires 16 water in reserve to unlock) is opposite of Heisenberg in the innards.
Some futuristic but not far future weps ones that would be maybe 30 years or so from now or mods and parts for current in game weps to look very different and advanced but within a scope of reality would be cool imo
From my testing today pick up broken guns and extract, then take them to scrapyard nexus and do the 1 minute extract xp farm. then the guns turn to disabled. put those in your storage and have fun using your new guns ;P no need for "tripe extract", 2 are fine Broken -> extract -> take them with you & extract -> put disabled in storage and use/sell them
Quick tip from me. Sell to traders that drop under max trust. In missions as you kill enemies it, will slowly decrease the respective trader rep. So keep an eye on that and keep those trader reps topped off by selling to them every other mission or so. Nothing is worse than needing something in rep 3, but you've been grinding one enemy for money drops(gl or nt, or scrapyard elevator with a mule).

They need to add an in-game menu or something to control the NPC Recruits better so they can be more viable. Maybe adding commands like; stay close, hold fire, fire at will, etc.
There is a Large items tab with bundleton so you can buy them. Also you can find "disabled" guns in the maps which will be usable after you extract, they're much rarer than destroyed guns but afaik this is the only way to acquire some of the bigger guns like the anti-tank sniper rifles, except maybe quests
dont you lose backpack components if you die but not the pack itself? ive been running with one for disposable builds and other for combat. also...when you spend xp it doesnt go away and still contributes to the total so you can spend on whatever you want until you hit the next teir and then it just resets.
You can restore broken weapons. Bring any broken weapons in SCRAPYARD NEXUS. EXTRACT, PLACE THEM IN SHELTER... ALL BROKEN GUNS, will become usable. Bring a turret if you have a hard time getting out of timed extracts
Beware that the scav mule is broken, the weapons you store in it will not be brought back after the mission. (Last tested today, 2nd of october) Edit, you also miss out on loot exp for the items stored in the scav mule.
Great summary of traders, top info for anyone still getting there, only one thing, I'm 99% sure both Aramaki and Grillo unlock entirely based on water stored. I think Aramaki unlocks at 7 days of water banked, and Grillo is at 17 or something. Also, I have to know! How did 8 turrets do against the medium mech??? Does it work???? I assume it doesn't or the clip would have continued just so you can prove you killed a medium mech, but I have to know for sure.
Vendors WILL give different prices based on rep... So when they AREN'T at Tier 3, you Will get different prices when you sell items... When they are maxed out, they all buy for the same price. Lockboxes sell for 13k vs 15k.. just depends if you have them maxed out or not. Fastest way to get rep for vendors is to sell them lockboxes or broken guns or a bunch of small stuff.. To lvl up a gun, kill enemies with one shot to max the most xp per kill..
"Multiple factions you can choose" is this later in the game?? I literally have one quest I can do right now and thats to get the 3 drone parts - "friends in deadly places" i think its called. I keep seeing people's quest screens full like this video... is my game broken or am i just too early game?
The "hired help" is good if you set them to defend the elevator in scrapyard. They will wait there while you loot the level and then defend you while you extract. Other than that they are all useless, even occultist, unfortunately. They aggro everything and shoot things across the map😂😂
I recently started the game. Over night I seem to have lost access to an entry point on scorched earth. I can now only enter at 2 spots and they’re both timed extracts. I’m running out of money from buying ammo, only have surplus weapons and these timed extracts are wrecking me. The 3 entry says I don’t have a high enough faction rep. I’m confused because 2 days ago I was able to use it but now I can’t. Any suggestions.
The merchants tied to the factions impact their rating. Buy from and sell to them for positive reputation gains. (Lockboxes and intel items are great for that.) Unfortunately Euruska doesn't have an associated merchant, so they're basically always going to hate you, as it's extremely difficult to do enough quests for standing with them without killing their troops.
you need to have a certain ammount of water , 16 days i believe , if you have the water but not the vendor talk around with people the rig guy is surrounded by rigs
I got grillo to L3 by selling him a lot of stuff. Someone said the faction vendors don't like getting stuff from their own side, so i would only sell him faction stuff like the eurasian drone parts. (mostly i sold him a lot of tool kits, glue guns, etc)
@@HalcyonDaze33 read that as well. But as it turns out they don't care. I just dumped everything i got in raid onto Grillo for some time. You can get their rep quick really quick with that and in combination w/ a few faction quests.
i got ban from the discord because i was calling people cry babies because they wanted a "free look" feature and i told them to use the tac cam lmao. called people cry baby and got ban lmao i love this game tho.
Bundleton - Rig Vendor is unlocked by 16 days water supply threshold hit. Sorry for not mentioning that

I cannot over state how great it was to know this. I have 30 hrs and have bagman at 18/25 and never had an opportunity to identify this.

Traders are unlocked by water amount and not quests. Most expensive guns I RNG'd after extracting was actually a grenade launcher and the NT20(?).

@@riverrunners3621 That's because of them being tutorial quests though. The rest, mainly Grillo (Europan) unlock with hitting a water threshold.
you can spend your exp normally and stille preistige just as fast, don't pull a stupid like me, spend your points because it won't slow you down.
You can increase faction relation just as fast, if not faster then quests by selling lockboxes.
There's also another vendor that's not in the game yet, back where the blood packs are. Supposed to be the euruska vendor

Look in donation boxes I've found some anti tank guns that way namely the 20mm

Scrapyard is best because you can pop down a turret and leave right away. Don't forget to pick up the scraps from turret kills lol

Imo you can do plenty in 2 hours a day. I’m having a blast with it.
you get in and out within 10 min, loading time also super fast. Timewise, its perfect.
Can you silence the shotguns/NTW-20? Says theres a muzzle but dont own any for them

heavy equipment gun runner sucks, you can't carry 6 guns most of the time unless you sacrifice ammo/meds capacity or just not loot.
Is there a trick to getting the rig vendor unlocked? I have all the others at L3 but no rig vendor :/

Destroyed guns are sell only, but there's a small chance of a damaged gun dropping and they go into your collection when you extract with tgem

repair it and sell it for more
