Downtown Reimagined - Terminal Avenue Redevelopment (CITY of NANAIMO)

Terminal Avenue’s “rocky” past is affecting its future. Historical infilling of the inlet created the corridor, but has left behind redevelopment challenges. Community partners have worked together to overcome many of these challenges and continue to leverage collaboration to break down barriers that stand in the way of the vision of a welcoming downtown gateway.
