    This guy is from Germany. He speaks almost perfect English (apart from the accent obviously) and he seamlessly converts metric to US units, he talks about US specific things like he was born there. Let that sink in.

    Still quiet basic compared to other MAN offroad trucks.
    For real high tech watch some recent videos of UNICAT (also Germany) or Action Mobil (Austria).

    • @isaac.explorer.oficial
      @isaac.explorer.oficial 4 роки тому +1

      Also it’s a 4x4 with no extra axle at the rear, that’s horrible for overland and extreme off-road, and adding the way too long length between axles. Maybe muddy and sandy roads, not off-road at all. That’s why European overland manufacturers offer 6x6 and short 4x4. Earthroamer for glamping. Action Mobil, UNICAT, UNIDAN Engineering, Ziegler Adventures, Crawler, SLVR, Volga Trade, Bimobil, Bliss Mobil... they all are the proper expedition trucks.

    Really like the amount of thought that goes into these, but given I am less of a 4x4 trail guy, it would be cool to see this concept optimized for the road warrior. Fast, light, all weather, but durable. I wonder what the best chasis out there is to get the basic speed etc....after that, pretty sure these companies can make modules to suit the road warrior purpose.

    First, this truck is very limited as to where it can go because it is so huge. Sure couldn’t go where i go. Its just too big. But, if I were driving from Fairbanks to Tierra de Fuego, this would definitely be a great vehicle. Does it make it more awesome or manly than my 85’ Land Cruiser? Now way.
