This church is fantastic. As a born-again Christian, I've learned more about scripture from this church than anywhere else. Pastor Higgs has a way about him explaining the word. Thank you, and God bless

Wow wow so powerful. I never thought of that that the battle was won in the garden. The more i listen to this man the more i learn, he dares to speak of hell, a word most pastors do not say anymore. His truth of speaking about the Holy Spirit is just so right on.

Praying 🙏 for everyone reading this. Please seek Jesus before it’s too late! Jesus spoke to me when I was 7 years old, He was there to help me because I was very traumatized, due to the abuse I had endured, by my stepdad. I remember one particular day, staring at my wall, and hearing (audible), “life is a test”. I was so shocked! I remember looking around my room and wondering what just happened! Later that same year, after my Great Grandfather passed away, I had a panic attack and I remember thinking I was going to die! All of a sudden, a feeling of comfort came over me, and I heard (audible), “you don’t have to worry about dying”. I have always believed in Jesus, but I was brought up Catholic and never read the Bible until I got older. As I got into high school, I was told by the Holy Spirit (thoughts that I knew weren’t mine) I needed to forgive my step dad. I remember praying 🙏 and telling Jesus I forgive him. I also asked for forgiveness for all my sins. Right after, I remember feeling like an elephant had been lifted off my chest!! I was given a new heart! All my anger was gone!! As I got older, I was told to always (Holy Spirit - thought that wasn’t mine) look for the Tribulation and Mark of the Beast. I remember, at the beginning of this year (2021) I was praying 🙏 and I asked Jesus if we were already in the Tribulation because of all the signs I was seeing. I fell asleep and when I woke up I saw a video by Jonathan Cahn about two cows 🐄🐄 that were born in September 2014, 5 days apart with the number 7 on their foreheads! I believe, just like Genesis 41, this is a warning from the Lord about famine coming on the land!! (Research all the manufacturing facilities being destroyed). I can’t explain how or why I’ve been told things, but I know the Lord has been leading me my whole life! I believe the Great Reset will be the Tribulation and since time is short the Holy Spirit has been leading me to share my testimony with others to help them believe in Jesus! He is alive and waiting for us to seek Him so He can reveal Himself to us!! Believe in Him and accept His free gift of salvation!! Don’t wait till it’s too late! Eternity in Hell is worse than you can imagine! The Gospel: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 Christ died for the forgiveness of our sins, He suffered, died and was buried. He rose again the third day, according to the scriptures. We are all sinners in need of a savior. Someone has to pay for our sins. Jesus already did!! Just say Thank you Jesus!! God bless you and thank you for reading my testimony! 🙏🙌🦋

@@FollowerofJesusChrist101 He told me I didn’t have to worry about dying. I know that message is for everyone who is repenting and believing in Jesus! When I was younger I also heard in my spirit, it (rapture) will happen when you are around the age your grandmother was when she died. I had no idea what age that was and then I heard 53. I recently found out my grandmother was either 52 or 53 when she died and I turned 53 in November. It’s really hard to know what thoughts are from the Holy Spirit so I never said anything about that to anyone. However, with everything I see happening now, I think we are going to be leaving soon!! Blessings!!

@@FollowerofJesusChrist101 I was never given a date and I believe no man will know, but the Spirit does. I also believe (Amos 3:7
7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.) the Lord will tell his prophets.
I do believe we go pretrib.
ITh5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
I have been studying the differences between Luke, Mark and Matthew. I believe they are three different groups. One basic difference is Jesus was given a different color robe. Luke (23:11) was given a gorgeous robe. In Strong’s gorgeous means bright white. I believe the Luke group represents the bride of Christ and I believe they go pretrib. The Luke group is always being praised for reading and studying. In Mark (15:17) they clothed him in purple (tribulation color). I believe Mark represents the sleeping church. They love the world and will believe after we are raptured and will go midtrib although many will be killed for their faith. We are told in the end of Mark (16:20) they continue preaching which means faith is still needed because Jesus isn’t here. In Matthew (27:28) they gave Jesus a scarlet robe which is another tribulation color. This is for the Jews. They will continue (28:19) on into the millennium reign with Jesus teaching others.

@@believer2361 there are many that go through way worse sufferings, and non of us human beings cannot fathom or we should not dare to compare to what suffering Jesus has gone through so I don't know what you people are complaining about. A lot of you have been given abundant free blessings from the lord and yet a lot of you say you don't have enough. Absurd yes it very ugly painful. But we cannot begin to imagine or fathom what God our savior had to endure. God has designed us in such a way where we can tolerate pain it self also turn it in to something more. For example mabe wisdom or anger in to gentleness. So it is not about religion God was there even though we were a speck of dust. So many competitions or opinions arguments are being made just to satisfy yourselves or your self esteem. We will know our place and find out in the end when we find out through reality that we only carry one life. Because if you get shot or cut you bleed, that is why you go to a hospital to get treated. It can be the same as the spiritual realm you cannot save your self because of too many odds are stack against you. That is why Jesus is the only way and always eternal savior the light that breaths life in all things. Jesus is coming very soon do not know exact time though. And God is not a military figure and not an old man.

I just came back from a trip to Israel with my Pastor and some 52 church members
I felt I should share some of what was going on our trip to Israel
… My first trip out of the Country… I was excited and looking forward to being in the land our Lord walked and did many miracles! Died and resurrected from the dead to redeem us. I had befriended a lady (Mery) from church very superficially and knew she was coming in the group and she happened to sit next to my husband on the first 9 hr trip to Germany. They both shared the love of history for most of the flight and I was mostly focus on looking out the window at the clouds and Gods wonder… at times quietly singing to my God He reigns/ Our God is an awesome God. But when we landed my husband was distanced from me and shamed me out loud in front of all in the plane because I brought my pillows. I was very upset embarrassed. Later others in the group kept asking me why I brought certain things like a hiking stick that turns to a chair and camel backpack and the criticism continued and coming from some of the assistant Pastors. They all knew it was my first trip out of the Country😰 and to Israel. Later in our first Hotel Magala the room had only two full size beds my husband asked me which bed did I want to sleep in😰 that has never been a topic we always slept together no matter how small the beds were… first time request in 25 yr marriage. I was very upset and realized my husband was changed and very distant… this deep emptiness took over me and I questioned him… I was very upset. We slept in separate beds and in the morning we had our first excursion but we read Gods word prior to breakfast to be ready for what we were going to see that day in Gods land. Then we were all assigned an area in the dinning area to eat together as Calvary Chapel Miami group. Then noticed that the lady Mery that was sharing so much in the plane with my husband wanted to sit with us and mostly addressing herself to him not so much me. All through the tour she continued her behavior and I had mentioned it to my husband that it was clear that she was trying to get his Eye contact. At our first excursion stop my husband got out of the bus and walked quickly away from me without waiting and assisting me down the stairs … I slipped and two other young men in the group were the ones that assisted me… I was shocked of his behavior… something I had never witnessed in my husband before… is happening in a trip that we have been planning for almost a year…I got sick to my stomach and nauseated …I had to find a bathroom while there and later was reprimanded by Ileana for separating from the group.I’m not young anymore in my sixties and some what over weight and I truly over packed for my first trip out of the Country… many brought it to my attention and my husband had already shamed me in front of the whole plain as he carried some of my pillows… many of the sites up in the mountains were too difficult for me to climb with a few others… we sat at the bottom of that hill while the devotional was being held up in the high hill…also bathroom stops were frowned upon… “Cant you hold it”? Rushing us all through the tour… my other concern was getting injured … all medical care has to be paid upfront then the medical insurance you bought reimburses you once back in the states…
My husband and this lady kept their continual eye contact and I warned him… what a very uncomfortable situation… I didn’t share it with anyone because I knew she was alone and I didn’t want her to be Isolated in the trip.
The whole trip was a nightmare to me as I experienced all this that was going on…
I’m a Nurse of 35 Yrs and always pack things just in case… one of the children in the group started to exhibit symptoms of heat stroke and the group continued their sight seeing I stayed behind and supported that family my husband stayed with me and the family … also another older couple very experienced with traveling the husband hurt his knee and I had brought a knee support and helped them for him to feel better and continue the excursion. Which he and his wife did…By the Eighth day I developed a blister on my foot that had even opened during the walking in Jerusalem and the swelling of my right foot (that had a history of complete fracture 12 Yrs ago and an Orif was performed there in surgery) and the shoe rubbing against it… as it swelled opened the blister and bled…we stayed behind and took a taxi back to the Hotel Dan in Jerusalem with the help of our Bus driver that knew the language and had to speak to multiple taxi drivers to negotiate the address and the price for us in Hebrew. The next day we noticed that some of the leaders in the group were treating us different and distant. We went back on the bus and hoping to go to the places on the Itinerary one being the Garden Tomb. They kept moving things around and I had to ask if the Garden Tomb was going to be visited today. One of the Pastors told me straight out to just take a taxi😰. The rest of the trip we were mostly alienated even as friendly as we tried to behave… My husband had to look down the whole time to avoid this woman that was not respecting our space. We finally got back after 20 hrs on planes from tel aviv to Germany and then to Miami… unable to land in miami on scheduled time because of a terrible storm where we flew to Orlando landed and refueled… also a passenger was removed by paramedics and her family. Finally 7 hrs later we landed in Miami(scheduled to land at 2:30pm and didn’t land in Miami till 9:30 pm).
My peace has left me since my return back…very discouraged. My marriage has changed I don’t trust my husband any longer. His selfishness was very obvious😰.
Please tell me your thoughts … I need some encouragement I may never return to my Church… this lady really violated my friendship…
Is this the end of my marriage…😰

Pastor Jack.... My husb🎉and and i ate fairly new Born Again Christians & have learned so very very much from ur UA-cam videos... Don't think we have missed any of ur Bible teachings or Podcasts etc...Ur amazing at explaining in detail some things that are difficult to understand in the Bible! We both agree ur the best Pastor on the internet! I'm unable to go to church bc i have MANY health issues since born that only got worse & nothing that the top dr's were able to do after being in and out of top hospitals for first 20 yrs of my life ..i think i had every test/ procedure done including one of the very first ppl to have an MRI, then called an NMR.. which my parents had to pay $1000.- bc insurance wasn't paying since was still considered too new & they did it with my braces on, haha, they never thought to ask or look since back then weren't the clear or tiny ones u can barely tell so needed to have it redone having braces removed & they wanted to charge another $1000.- but my parents fight saying that was their error not ours, but anyway...I have been praying for you to get together as u had asked us to pray for u to have a meeting with Elon Musk!!! Think that would be amazing to watch!!!! So praying daily for u since u had asked.. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. I think at first it was more difficult for me when started hearing things that i was brought up to believe.. Mary being a huge part of that & was hard to stop praying to her.... We have also been resting the Bible aloud daily taking turns reading chapters and since my hubby grew up going to Catholic church but only till air 11 yrs old or so he actually brought up when i said in beginning of 2019 i felt something was going to happen again but worse like Noah & his family on the Ark...i said this world is so messed up & it seems like so many don't even teach children anything about God have never taken them to a church & never even spoken about. I can't remember a period in my life without God the Father, God the Son & God the Holy Spirit but at that time i didn't have a Bible & just got one that year for my hubby & son after was when we started looking on UA-cam and seeing all this stuff about the Rapture which scared me at first, took maybe a day or so then thought of meeting Jesus Christ & so many questions one of my fears also was to not go up & still be with my husband.... but i took it all in & realized just to be able to get into heaven included in the Rapture & so glad i had that thought and said it out loud about something bad happening... maybe was the Holy Spirit that had put that thought into my head for us to get going!! I have always prayed daily but apparently all wrong! My hubby as i said not really knowing much but knowing äbout Jesidc being born unto the Virgin Mary, how he was beaten then carrying his cross to be crucified & died on the cross & on 3rd day rose from the dead ask for our sins!!! So knew some basics but wanted too know much more and easier i find learning brand new then learning something different than what u were taught daily in school but all wrong & not even knowing bc where i lived was Irish or italian or mix of the 2 since for generations no one left that neighborhood so everyone was related somehow it seemed on the small peninsula where we lived so everyone was Catholic... going places we would pass all the Hasidic Jews with the long black coats and top hats and the young boys all walking to temple or synagogue but that was about it. But wanted to thank u for ur teachings and for having anxiety services. I hope everyone else praying on ur behalf that things get worked out and you get to meet with Elon Musk!!! God Bless you and yours . 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😊🥰🥰

We lose our sensation in this world that we as people forget to stop and think for a moment and look up in the sky and start asking ourselves look at the sky surly God has created the vast star's for their are to man to count. We humans do not know everything. For knowing everything you would have to learn every single language and count everything on this earth that is where all the numbers and letters come in. For lord our God can only understand all of that because God has overcome the world.

Well we still welcome you Jessica. I can assure you that God is real an every way possible I can explain to you that what ever you see around you and what is going around the world is no coincidence. God had a plan from the start for us all. All we need to do is love each other and our enemies and keep the commitments. It is very simple what Jesus asks of us. For one single God almighty has and did pay the price that no human could so we all can see the light in the end. Also we should stop being religious and read the Bible ourselves so things will make sense in your view. Don't focus on the other peoples views only keep eyes on God there are no other gods.

The battle against sin was not won at Gethsemane. If we want to say it was won when Christ was determined to sacrifice all to save humanity, then it was won when Christ became flesh.
We cannot extrapolate doubt from His prayer "Let this cup pass from me". That is adding to Scripture.

Great message, but you said (at counter 22:37) regarding the words in v.10 ("if Christ is in you...") that some versions say "since Christ is in you...". So I looked it up on Bible Gateway and couldn't find a single version that used the word "since". Can you please tell us which version you were referencing? Thank you.

I was "debating" with a muslin christian. I am under the impression that any good we do is God doing it through us but we still sin. He thinks he is sinless and never sins, and thinks it is by his own strength. It is the Spirit right?

I have to disagree with you on that point pastor. It talks about without blood there is not the forgiveness of sins. So he decided in Gethsemane He showed the difficulty it was for him to make that decision as a human but God took over the divine took over and he went to that cross and shed his blood. His blood is what saves us!

The “firmament” (from the Latin firmamentum, meaning “sky” or “expanse”) is mentioned 17 times in the King James Version of the Bible and refers to the expanse of the heavens above the earth.
Nine of the occurrences of firmament are in the first chapter of the Bible as part of the creation account. Genesis 1:6-8 says, “And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.” The “firmament” is called “heaven”; i.e., it is what people see when they stand outside and look up. It is the space which includes the earth’s atmosphere and the celestial realm. In the firmament, we see the sun, moon, and stars; in modern translations the firmament is often called the “expanse” or the “sky.”
Genesis says that the firmament “separated the water under the expanse from the water above it” (Genesis 1:7). Originally, God created the earth with water “under” the sky (terrestrial and subterranean water) and water “above” the sky-possibly a “water canopy” which enwrapped the earth in a protective layer. Or, the waters above the firmament could simply be a reference to clouds.
We find firmament used again in Psalms: “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork” (Psalm 19:1). Also, in Psalm 150:1, “Praise ye the LORD. . . . Praise him in the firmament of his power.”
Firmament is used in only two other books of the Bible: Ezekiel (five times) and Daniel (once). In Ezekiel, each occurrence takes place within a vision. For example, “Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne” (Ezekiel 10:1).
Daniel 12:3 says, “And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.”
In short, the “firmament” is a vast expanse, specifically the atmosphere or sky. The word is found only in the King James Version and other older translations of the Bible.

You won't recall your earthly name. Everything earthly about you will pass away when we are changed into our new bodies. It also signifies a new eternal covenant with God. The bible is filled with records of Father God and Jesus changing someone's name and it has significant spiritual meaning. Trust me, you will have a new body and a new name from Christ. Your parents named you on earth but the name Christ will give you will be more important than all of that. Also, it would be an insult for you to reject what Jesus wants to do, you belong to him if you are truly saved, and Jesus can do with you what ever He wants.
