this is so interesting to me lol I love learning about the sleeping habits of all different people because my sleeping habits are so peaceful compared to other people. like my other brother would always move around in his sleep and he'd sleep upside down on the bed, he'd mess up all his blankets, and move a ton and my sister moves around a lot and sleeps in weird positions and sometimes she talks in her sleep but for me I'm a super light sleeper, like I wake up really easily and its not very common for me to fall into a really deep sleep unless I'm particularly tired, and I'm also a chronic insomniac, but when I do sleep fine I have to be hugging things and Im most comfortable when I'm super curled up into like the corner of my bed. I always sleep with a weighted blanket and i also have like 15 super soft and squishy pillows that i need in order to sleep and ill tuck myself into the corner of my bed up by the wall with my pillows all around me and I'm hugging them and i have them all pressed close to me so I'm practically in my own little cocoon ball but the weirdest thing is that i genuinely cannot sleep unless, *1.* I'm in a bed/couch/chair (basically have to be able to lay down and not in a moving environment like a car) *2.* I have at least three of my soft pillows *3.* I have my weighted blanket *4.* It's completely dark *5.* I have music playing super quietly *6.* I've taken melatonin and a sleep aid pill, and *7.* I stayed out of bed usually downstairs daydreaming or eating for a little while after taking my sleep meds before getting in bed. Like sleep is not a friend of mine. sleep hates me. I actually do have chronic insomnia, like its partially a symptom of my ADHD and my anxiety disorder, but even outside of those, I struggle with insomnia, no matter how tired I might be. its ok though, its been much better recently and I have quite a few methods of dealing with it, so nowadays I usually can get to sleep fine.
me and my cousin share a room and we both have the habit of talking in our sleep. My mom said sometimes it sounds like we're having a conversation 😂It's hilarious to me that younghoon and juyeon do the same
But trust me when you hear your roommate talking in sleep at first time it's really scary, really scary. I had a friend and we slept together, she went asleep faster than me, so i was lying then she turned to me and all of sudden with half open eyes started talking...yaaa i remember this till today and it was like few years ago.
I think only Younghoon knows (?) he laughed when he saw New doing that hand gesture and he told him not to say it, while Q and Sunwoo didn't and looked confused. Maybe Younghoon did something weird sleeping and New remembered, after watching this video I'm not surprised if that's the case lol
