I Completely disagree with you , many doctors doesn't know what they're doing and they're lot of patients going under surgery and ending up unsatisfied , and a lot of them having their face ruined by the surgeon , that's why they come for 2nd or 3rd corrective surgery .
It's the patients right to ask question and hold the doctor accountable
I never trust a doctor who act like he/she knows it all.
studies proven that 85% of the times , the second opinion of another doctor is completely different than the 1st doctor. proving the inconsistancy in diagnosis alone, let alone the treatments
.
So yes, always do your own research and take your health in your own hands, most doctors like any other profession aren't the great at their practice
