Need For Speed Payback Outlaws Rush + Final Race

This game has a great storyline and I really think this should show how new Fast and Furious movies are meant to be.
Yet the RNG speed cards destroyed the game despite having great physics as well as drifting.
This game is almost 7 years and officially hitting unc status I remember only watching this game on yt
