- Arang kel is a small village area located in Neelum Valley , Kashmir. It is one of the most beautiful village area in Kashmir sorrounded by lush green peaks, grassy meadows enriched with Kashmiri cultural and heritage. The architecture of this village is very unique colourful wooden house narrow passages sorrounded by natural beauty.
Access to Arang kel from Kel is through dolli (a locally made chair life) and then hiking track which is a unique experience in itself.
