Can’t you just use dual mono instead of splitting to save time?

I really love your videos. But, I have a doubt about the "color" that you apply with API EQ. If you copy the track and set the same plugin with inverted fase, the sound will disapear. That means the plugin don`t set any color to sound, but only eq. There are some plugins that simulate some pre amps, like Waves NLS and others. This way you will get that "color" you`re searching for. Sorry about my english

All plugins have their "color"(distorsion), This color could be agressive like API for Rock! or more Rounded like Neve, Bob Marley. If you inverted fase Obviusly the sound will disapear.. try putting API EQ in one track and the other without it and tell me what happend

This video appears more like a "paid" advertisement of various plugins rather than an actual synths stem mixing techniques. The tutor is just going about a beauty parade of all the plugins that "WE" should be using ! Thumbs down on this one PB. The advertising aspect is all too obvious even if you tried to make it look subtle and hidden in the guise of a "tutorial".
