- A beautiful, but very windy summer evening. It’s about 7.30 in the evening, the sun is not setting for another couple of hours. Most locals have left the city to celebrate Midsummer in the countryside. #stockholmwalk #walkingtour #stockholm

Happy Midsummer, hope you have a countryside outing planned too!! The city planners earned an A++ when they designed this area, it's really a beautiful relaxing oasis hiding in plain sight. And no, more of Tarzan and the summer cottage is better, I am a cat lover you know. BTW, have you ever seen him try to hunt/kill anything? He always looks so peaceful. 👍🙏😻😻🙏👋
Yeah, Strömparterren was a whole lot cozier now than last time I ventured down! And Tarzan is not a great hunter, but he does that unsympathetic cat thing of torturing little mice if he gets them. I have also seen him just watching a mouse eating from his bowl without attempting to catch it, and sleep right through as the rest of the family tries to get a bat out of the house…
