Shower in the morning and shower at night over here in my house for everybody
Yup and any time you get sweaty. Thats always been a habit since I was a child
Hell yeah, you supposed to. I live in Cleveland, OH it was 90+ here every day last week. I took 3 showers in one day.
Shower at night for me is usually fine. Showering in the morning is too cold and I like to sleep in.
Showering is not only cleansing it is therapeutic

As a Healthcare worker, a daily shower or bath is not necessary and not recommended. As you age your skin thins so wetting it often is not recommended either. Wipe down daily is all that is necessary. At least twice a week is suffice.

Don't listen to nasty people who had to be taught how to stay clean!!! You are not an animal, you don't lick or wipe your skin to stay clean. Clean water and a wash cloth is sufficient to keep dead skin cells off and to ensure you are clean!!!

Shacking my head because that’s just “Nice Nasty” I will definitely be running up some water bills around there ! I’m shower 🚿 take a soak 🛁 whatever everyday like clockwork. Ummmm I have eczema and I stay in the shower. I have medicine to put on the bad patches. Put lotion or baby oil on your dry skin after your shower if you are worried about your skin. As my mama use to say, " you don't put clean on dirty," or " you don't put clean on funk." 😂😂😂

I will say, If I know I will be at home 2 days straight, I might shower the first day and skip the next day. Now mind you, this is just lounging at home. No exercising , just laying down.
