Elevator pt2 Building a Vans RV 14 Airplane

Picking up after priming, I begin final assembly of the Elevator for the RV-14 airplane that I am building in my garage. This involves riveting the front an rear spars to the skins along with the counterbalance tip ribs. All internal structures are riveted together and the trailing edges are clecoed in place.
