Tasting famous and traditional Turkish dishes at the beautiful Sirali Turkish restaurant in Dubai, such as Adana Kebab, Manti, Hot Jet Kebab and Denizli Pepper and delicious Turkish appetizers, was a special and different experience that excited me and I enjoyed it very much.
This is the Winter Garden Dubai, which is actually a very beautiful food complex that sells a variety of delicious food such as shawarma, burgers, pizza, ice cream in different food cars and stalls in an area called Habtoor, which also has a hotel. We are going to go to a famous Turkish restaurant called Sirali and prepare a lot of exciting and cool reports about this wonderful restaurant. Before we got to the restaurant, I ate one of the best ice creams of my life in an ice cream shop called Roller Coaster Ice Cream UAE, where they make their own waffles with a special machine that rotates, the ice cream first is added on the machine then the Nutella I ordered was added, which was put inside the waffle, and tasted wonderful.
When we arrived at Sirali restaurant, we were greeted by the owner of the restaurant, Mr. Fadi, who is originally from Lebanon, and his wife. Regarding the famous Sirali restaurant, I must say that they use the 500-year-old Turkish recipes of Turkish mothers in their menu, while preserving traditional Turkish dishes and of course, the special and beautiful serving of the food. Most of the raw materials come from different cities in Turkey, such as Deniz pepper from Denizli city or pumpkin from Antalya, potatoes from Mersin and dried eggplant from Gazi Antep and Diyarbakir villages. At Sirali restaurant, you can try a variety of Turkish appetizers, dishes, and desserts, such as za'atar or gavurdagi with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and labneh cheese, as well as pumpkin with rice, which has a little cinnamon, with pumpkin seeds and yogurt with garlic.
They have a special dish, which is dried peppers, which was eaten with yogurt and garlic, and the taste was amazingly delicious. They also served us Papillon wine, which comes from Napa, and is made by a French man and is very famous. The interesting thing that you can see in Sirali restaurant is that in addition to delicious traditional dishes, they serve it in special ways in Sirali unique plates that are painted and made in Ghazi Antep. With Mr. Fadi, we visited the restaurant's kitchen, where everything was very clean and tidy, and they were busy preparing different dishes, such as manti, the famous Turkish hot jet kebab, which, unlike us Iranians' koobideh kebab, has vegetables in it.
It was time to taste these exciting Turkish dishes at the Sirali restaurant in Dubai. We started with the famous and traditional Turkish Gavurdagi salad, which had cucumber, tomato, green pepper, pomegranate, onion, sesame and pumpkin seeds, and it was very delicious. We also had Denizli pepper, which was served with fresh bread and labneh cheese, and the taste was wonderful. We also had wrapped pumpkin, which had rice, labneh, sumac and cheese inside, with pumpkin seeds, as well as Sirali dolma, which was made with eggplant, and it was absolutely out of this world. Next we had the manti, the meat was freshly baked in the dough and was prepared in a stone oven. It was served with yogurt, hot Turkish tomato sauce, garlic, onion and Turkish spices, dry mint, pepper powder, pine seeds and sumac, and it was a true masterpiece.
Hot Jet Kebab is famous as a very spicy Turkish kebab, which is very delicious, and they served Adana Kebab to us too, which had Turkish cheese, eggplant, onions, yogurt, garlic, pistachios and sauce inside the Adana bread, which then were wrapped and grilled with Iskander tomato suace added and its taste is unique. For dessert, we had Katmer with kaymak and pumpkin, which were very delicious. I would also like to add that on Wednesdays, an Iranian female musician performs live music as beautifully as possible, and I suggest that you definitely try the Turkish dishes and the beautiful environment of the Sirali restaurant in Dubai.
