This recipe is the perfect balance when you want to try sweet and sour chicken sauce and it is definitely better than takeout .
All you need
Ketchup
White vinegar
Brown sugar
Light and dark soy sauce
MSG
Salt and seasoning
Water
Sesame seed oil
Crushed pepper
Cornflour
Flour
Chicken breast/thighs
Onions
Mixed bell peppers
Pineapple juice and chunks .
Garnish with sesame seeds and parsely
