Love the South African accent. Amazing how far air gun technology has progressed in the past 20-30 years. That was some sniper shooting at 50 yards! (could see the heavy left to right wind ).
We can certainly do that when we get back from the Daisy Nationals. We kind of did a video already from Airgun Expo but it has not been released here yet. You can watch it on Vimeo though. You would think it would mess with barrel harmonics on precision rifles at long ranges, definitely a cool little gizmo for getting an idea of FPS before your match tho or back yard tuning when barrel harmonics don’t matter.
I agree, Sub12 Air gunner did a review & said that it didnt change the POI. But every barrel would be different & there's no way i'd claim something like that. We do make it as light as possible (no screen or battery) for that exact reason - its ~60g / 2oz(?)
Hi, not sure about this crony, compared to the newest fx that gives you fps at 25,50, 100 or whatever yardage you wished, unless this is way less $, and then I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks for sharing.
Radars have their place for sure. NateChrony is around $100, and registers every shot every time. You cant use a radar indoors, or tune/test with the muzzle in a pellet trap in your basement. But you can work out downrange power with a BC calculator. Whatever suits your application best.
Not the case. We ran 22LR through the early model with no issues (no shots registered due to smoke), & the v2 is designed for up to 45-50cal big bore specifically. Airgun Alley should have something out soon.
@@NateChrony. just like alot of the bs pumps rick tries to push here because they sponsor him this isnt bringing anything to the table that airgunners didnt already have. the fx is way nicer and the caldwell way cheaper. theres literally nothing to see here except some manufacturer that showed up late to the party to sell what everyone else is already selling
Wrong on so many levels. NateChrony is not paying me for this coverage. He sent some demo units for testing and feedback with no strings attached. I think Nate has a very cool product and one that will work well for many shooters. Your predisposition to negativity is toxic and counterproductive to the sport.
