In my junior year of high school in 1974, I took a real(disarmed) WWII hand grenade to school for part of a report on General Patton. I even rigged it to go bang when I pulled the pin. I got an A on my report and took it back home on the bus with no problem. I bet if I had one of these back then I could have even gotten extra credit. :) Great job on restoring it and thank you for saving another part of history's greatest generation.
We will only have one available. It is handset since it was completely restored and it has new tracks and wheels. Everything is operational except the main gun which is deactivated to BATF specs. Night vision is included.
@@hobofactory I can respect that opinion, although I disagree. When you give tyrants free rein, eventually they become our problem. Better we help Ukraine put Putin back in his box for us, than be forced to do it ourselves later.
@@nedrain9044 I just don’t that that’s realistic. In 6 months they’ve only been able to capture like 20% of Ukraine, a country with whom they share a land border… how would they ever become a threat to us directly? Things like invasions require air superiority and they don’t even have a single functioning aircraft carrier.
It would have little to no use. It has no parts interchangeability and a completely different caliber. The resources used to ship it would be better off used to send ammo and other supplies.

That was awesome. When will these be on the web site and will there be a hand select option?

Ukraine could do with a few hundred of those.
So that about 30% of them make it to front lines and rest get stolen and sold off to Lord knows whom?
@@hobofactory Well, you could just let Putin take the whole country then, if you find that preferable. Personally, I'd prefer Ukraine to win.
@@nedrain9044 as an American, I legitimately think it’s not our problem.

Couldn't this be used more usefully in the Ukraine about now?
Uh no?

I guess this is to old for them. ..
