I was very disappointed when I got a front bumper delivered in the same fashion as you did (all curled up). I tided each end to some furniture around my house. I used a hot blow dryer and in one hour, I was happy. I left it tied up over night just in case.

Is the bottom rear spoiler thing 3 pieces? Why do you only have 1? Did you use the other 2 from your old spoiler?
