Thank you so much, i worked on some stores they have the newer version of hme easy to register and just today i encounter the wiresless IQ same model as shown on the video, i can register and the working headsets
Mahalo
I am glad it worked for you.
Afternoon, im having an issue where both of the speaker on dual lane are very soft and i already adjusted the volume on the base,
Please help
Thanks
Excellent video BUT one main error. You aren't suppose to have the mic and speaker wire in the same jacket. The loop and speaker are in one wire jacket and the mic is in its own wire jacket.
Very good point, however the cable that I was using had two independent shields. Separating the Microphone and speaker wires by an aluminum foil wrap.
How to add new Device that has been connected to some another store

Thank you for such a great video it helps a lot. I have 2 questions.
1- Is it possible to register any bluetooth headset or it will only register HME headsets which are rare
2- The speaker in grill has sound of the cashier talking but we can not hear the customer speaking in grill speaker, is there any way to fix that?
Thank you
You are very welcome, and here are the answers to your questions
1. No there is not way to register a Bluetooth headset to this HME Base Station, also the Bluetooth headset doesn't not have A1/A2/B buttons. It only has talk and hangup buttons
2. Yes you can do that by changing the dip switches and jumpers, see the manual linked below www.hme.com/techPdfs/400G558e.pdf
I want to add Grill Speaker on this unit. Can I use any kind and size of speaker? I tried to connect a speaker with amplifier, but it didn’t work. Is there a process that I am supposed to do to make it work?
Hi, I am not sure about the Amplified speakers, but I have used the BGI speaker linked below for indoor Grill and it worked great www.ebay.com/itm/234022135282
En México ya casi no hay equipo 6000 solamente Ion y EOS
Thank you!
When you order food at McDonald’s and they have this how many people hear you ordering your food does the cooks making you food here it
It depends on the settings of the base station. On all HME base Stations there is an option to put a speaker in the kitchen for the cooks to hear what the customer orders. However not in all places that option is installed or enabled.
