Seeming and being happens in the physical reality. But in balance there is no power, no seeming, no being, experience just IS. It is what it is and can't be changed allthough it's everchanging and never the same. Idk why it's that way but it is. Seeking power or seeking anything stops us from noticing the beauty of life.
We miss the movements that are moving above and below the everchanging stillness
Wu Wei (i would describe it as the softest softness that's possible energetically and physically, also both combined), if you can grasp letting go and wu wei energetically and physically (NOT with thought) you will be able to live life with ease and come back into balance in almost all situations.
The brain adapts so fast it can become very controlling in a chaotic world if we use our mind too much, focus on other parts of your body through the principle of wu wei and train your brain, your brain cells, how to flow again.
Silence is a great teacher
As above so below.
Letting go in the physical will teach you letting go in the spiritual/emotional and energetic sphere.
Anything physical that has connections to the energetical/spiritual plain will translate back and forth.
Learn how to be soft in the physical and it'll help you learning to be soft in the spirit.
