Beckett's attempt to make amends to the team by preparing dinner and expressing his decision not to seek his captaincy back adds a touching and redemptive element to his character arc. This moment showcases personal growth and the importance of unity within the firefighting family. Scenes like these contribute to the intricate dynamics that make you appreciate the depth of character development and camaraderie within the station. #SaveStation19
The fact that Vic is worried about something makes me believe i should be worried as well. Maybe this is the moment of reconciliation Beckett wants to achieve before he plumets.
@@MickeyDeeCool that’s what I am afraid of, like every other character on that show that suffered from addiction or mental health problems he had moments were he showed a human side battling urges. My worry is that the redemption ark he is on right now will end up with him dead
Okay, I've been waiting Beckett too come around for awhile now. Yes, he was a drunken ass at times. But I knew deep down he was a good dude. However, part of me thinks something else is up. I mean this dinner and giving Theo his personal axe? I mean what if he has liver failure or something? Honestly I hope I'm wrong, but guess we'll have to wait and see.
Originally I thought he was going to get killed off before the end of the season and give Theo, Maya or even Andy a chance to become Captain. However this scene alone demonstrates he understood the error of his way and apologised to everyone for his actions. For me, this is a better send-off to his character as a changed man and really wants to be better. I may have not liked Beckett throughout his time on the show, but now I'm sad to see him go. Sure he did some harsh stuff to people (mainly Andy and Maya), but in the end he made amends for his actions and became a much better person. So he could move on in a positive way to everyone and show that he will continue to be better.
I thought the same but towards the end of the episode and the conversation he had with the girl in the car. It felt like he is planning to commit suicide. I hope I'm wrong.
At the end of the trailer for next week at the top of the screen it says that viewer discretion is advised so it’s highly possible that this is him saying goodbye
Wow the writers manage to make me like Beckett in the end. I'm glad they humanized him and gave him a redemption arc because hated seeing him on screen. He finally became part of the team ❤
Beckett is definitely removing himself from the equation. I hope someone realizes and gets him help.
vic defenetly is going to realise she already thinks something is going on with beckett

Real men admit their mistakes and apologise.I loved this scene.

And Theo head so stuck up in his ass he can’t see it🙄
I am thinking Beckett may very well be contemplating suicide.

How people don't realiser that he's actually saying goodbye? Espacially in the last scene...
He clears his conscience, apologizes...
Why do i feel like he’s saying good bye plus he’s giving away stuff too
Yeah - I've got the same feeling to. I hope Vic & Dr. Lewis can get to him in time.

I had that feeling especially when he gave Theo the bat.
It does seem like he wants to make amends but goodbye at the same time.

I am with Vic on the Beckett issue, I think he will commit suicide 😔. Especially after hearing he didnt finish his programme.
Sea Beckett is becoming Alex Karev😅
Beckett is saying goodbye and it's a good damn shame for this show. Liked him from the very first beginning...
I don’t like Theo as the captain
Can they make Herrera captain already?
I think it is Herrera's time. She seems ready for the post.
exactly its like they need a drama
Nice
Station 19 needs more, than 10 episodes #SaveStation19 #DoNotCancelStation19
Damn I always have the hots for Beckett! He’s so handsome looking dude! Btw I’m a girl, my name is very uncommon. 😂😂❤
Me too
Nah when Andy hooked up with him after Zaddy I was so disgusted.... But do you girl 😂
Who was filling in for Warren? I don’t think I remember her. What’s her first name?
