That's quite a talent to measure, pattern and fabricate those tubes. Very interesting process.

I just picked up an 85 AVON SeaRider, that was a former Coast Guard boat. The tubes look good, but have a slow leak. I'm going to replace the guts on the A7 valves and put in some sealer. It has 3 side strakes on each side that are dinged up and one is missing. also the rear seam cover tape is coming off near the rear where it tapers towards the cone. I only have a couple hundred dollar budget to make it look nice over the next four weeks. Plan to remove strakes and sand down glue. Now my question for you. Will I be able to do a quality seem cover (2 inch wide strip) while the tubes are inflated on the boat?
Also, will the brush on rubber paint give me enough ebrasion protection while tying up to a dock and while fishing etc..

+034bleeder Sounds like your searider might be past it's youth but that's ok as long as you do the repairs right. You might have to deflate the boat to work those pieces back to original condition.Let me know how it goes.RIB ON !
