    - replace snacking foods with other things you can do with your fingers such as:
    - puzzles
    - phone games
    - evaluate your life; are you feeling stimulated?
    - extracurricular activities are important
    BABY STEPS
    1. replace snacking foods with other finger activities
    2. evaluate your life

I will do well for breakfast and lunch and then will run out of things to do so I will eat a snack that turns into an enormous meal and then not eat for 36hrs after that. I've been doing this for a while now and I'm sick of it!

Omg this is so true. Whenever I'm out and about enjoying my day or shopping etc, I more or less FORGET to eat. Don't feel hunger at all, let alone cravings. It's only when I'm stuck at home for days on end that I end up bringing lots of snacks home. Even if I am 'doing something I like' like video games, I still crave snacks. I guess I need to get out more.

On the very rare occasion I find something that interests me, I could not care less about eating. Yet I'm always bored so I always want to eat.

I get bored driving, commuting two hours a day. Puzzles and other suggestions are not practical. I fidget by eating snacks in the car. Very unladylike, I know. I can’t chew gum due to digestive issues. Drinking water just leads to pee stops. I can’t have sugar free things due to digestive issues. It’s somewhat calming to chew on something. My other crutch is scratching my scalp for self-soothing. That’s no good either.

Only thing that works for me is speed. I blew up to almost 300 lbs. started my speed regimen and was down to 175 in about six months. Then I no longer needed the speed. So within seven months I was pushing back up to 260. The speed may be unhealthy but nowhere near as unhealthy and detrimental to my health being a bloated mess. I don’t understand it I was always rail thin when I was younger. I couldn’t gain weight if I tried. When I hit around 30 that all changed.
